Have you ever noticed that your voice changes when you talk about something upsetting?

The tones in your voice are represented by underlying perceptions or beliefs, which are how we feel and think about different events, people, or other aspects of our lives. In many cases, we are not even consciously aware of everything we perceive or how those perceptions affect us. Sometimes, we have unproductive perceptions of not feeling worthy, being overly self-critical, or getting stuck in the cycle of repetitive thinking, to name just a few, which hinder emotional wellness.

Zyto's newest technology, EVOX, uses Perception Reframing to help clients discover a whole new way of seeing things.

The EVOX uses voice (VOX is Latin for voice) to create visual maps of a client’s perceptions about specific topics like health, relationships, work, or athletic performance—really any aspect of life.

The client speaks about any topic, and the EVOX records the energy of the voice. The voice energy is then plotted into a Perception Index, or PI. The Perception Index gives the client a visual image of their perception regarding the topic discussed.  In 10  rounds of recording your voice and then listening to embedded frequencies, binaural beats to engage the brain hemispheres to work together to process the stuck perception within the music, EVOX cleans up the extra energy in your brain/ voice, shifting those perceptions to healthier patterns.  The series of pie charts tracks your progress, so not only will you feel a shift in perception when it happens, but you'll also see your progress as the session goes on. Clinical trials and experience have shown that most perceptions are static. This becomes especially undesirable when perceptions are dysfunctional in any way. For example, a golfer may always approach the ball the same way and thus reach a performance plateau. In the case of relationships, a person may repeatedly attract toxic people because it may feel familiar to their neglectful or abusive childhood. This results from a static perception perpetuating dysfunctional outcomes regardless of a conscious desire for a healthier relationship.

     

      This technology is ideal for healing PTSD symptoms because you don't have to relive the trauma.  It desensitizes the strong reaction, so you're able to find peace.  If you're familiar with EMDR therapy, this is very similar in that both hemispheres of your brain are activated simultaneously to facilitate emotional processing, which allows you to move forward instead of staying "Stuck".  EVOX is also helpful for people with severe anxiety and depression and self-esteem struggles, and many have said that they received more benefit in an hour-long EVOX session than in months of talk therapy alone.  It's not designed to take the place of a therapist; it is intended to shift those underlying perceptions holding you back.  It's well documented that acute trauma, and especially trauma in childhood, or ACES, weakens the immune system and increases the probability of disease and pain.  After seeing the damage that long-term and acute stress causes in many of my clients' health, I wanted to offer this service as soon as I found out about it.
