🕰 Appointments​

• Appointments are scheduled online. Email confirmations and reminders will be sent and will include the Zoom link for remote appointments.  

• Feel free to park in my driveway!!!

• While I do not accept or bill insurance, I can provide detailed receipts for possible reimbursement. Many HSA and FSA cards are accepted, depending on your plan.

• 🏡 In-Office or Remote Appointments Available

• Most appointments are available in-office or remotely via Zoom. If you choose a remote appointment that requires a Zyto scan, please:

  • Please enter the correct option and include your full mailing address on the scheduling form when booking.

  • A $250 refundable deposit is required before I ship the Zyto hand cradle.  Contact Kristi (301)318-5130 to arrange payment.

  • You are responsible for return shipping

• Instructions for Zyto Remote software and Zoom will be included in the package.

• ⚠️ Please note: Zyto software only works on PC computers with a USB port. It is not compatible with Mac systems.  We must connect to Zyto prior to connecting to Zoom, so please wait for the code I'll send you at the time of the appointment.  Once connected, I'll meet you in the Zoom room.  

📄 Forms & Intake

• Prior to your New Client Appointment, please download the intake and authorization forms from the website tab or link. Return the completed forms via email (for remote appointments) or bring them with you in person.  Feel free to bring any lab work or medical test results to your appointment.

💳 Payment Methods

• Full payment is expected at the time of service. I accept cash, check, Apple Pay (no fees); Zelle (2% fee); credit/debit/HSA cards and Venmo (3% fee)​

• Discounted service packages are paid in advance and never expire.

❗ Cancellation Policy

• Please allow at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee.

• Emergencies happen — communication is appreciated and honored.

• Your privacy is protected and respected.

• All client information is handled in accordance with HIPAA and professional ethics standards.
