The body does not forget what the nervous system had to survive.

Each retreat follows a balanced rhythm that includes guided healing, education, body support, and intentional play — without overwhelm and without pressure.
GUIDED HEALING & EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCES

Participants are guided through structured experiences that bring clarity, insight, and nervous system awareness.
Guided sessions may include:
