Our 30 – minute Express Holistic Wellness Consultation provides quick, convenient access to personalized nutritional and wellness guidance for adult adults and children. Whether you're navigating cold or flu-like symptoms, digested upset, seasonal allergies, immune challenges, or another immediate wellness concern, this focused virtual appointment gives you the opportunity to discuss your concerns and receive individualized recommendations to support your bodies natural healing processes. What's Included: * 30 – minute virtual consultation * Personalized holistic wellness and nutritional guidance * Supplement recommendations when appropriate * Convenient local supplement pick up or shipping options (supplements purchased separately) * $95 per consultation Important: Express Consultations are designed for focused, short term wellness concerns and do not replace a Comprehensive New Client Appointment. If during your consultation we determined that your health concerns require a more in-depth evaluation and personalized wellness plan, your $95 Express Consultation fee will be credited toward a Comprehensive New Client Appointment scheduled for a separate day.
Cancellation Policy
Express Consultations may be booked with as little as 2 hours' advance notice, subject to availability. Full payment of $95 is required at booking. Cancellations or scheduling require at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments will incur a 50% cancellation fee ($47.50), with the remaining $47.50 refunded. Cancellations made at least 24 hours' in advance are eligible for a full refund. Appointments booked less than 24 hours in advance are subject to this cancellation policy immediately upon booking.
