Service Description

This 1 on 1 private session is to explain the Body & Mind Evolution Weight Loss Program and the 3 packages which offer different levels of support to ensure your success in the 10 week program. The $15 fee will be applied towards a package. Indicate in the notes section when scheduling whether you will be coming in office or remotely through Zoom.
